Rising Leaders Summit 2025 – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Participation in the Rising Leaders Summit 2025 is open exclusively to Vice Principals, Deans, Heads of Academics, Coordinators, and other invited delegates.
The organisers reserve the right to verify eligibility at the time of registration.
2. Registration
Participants must complete the online registration form and submit it along with the applicable payment.
Registrations will be deemed successful only after payment is received and reconciled.
Submission of the form or payment of fees signifies an expression of interest only and does not confirm participation.
Event registration, accommodation, and related logistics are managed by ScooNews in association with IIT Gandhinagar.
3. Confirmation of Participation
Limited seats are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful verification and payment reconciliation.
Confirmation of participation will be communicated via email and/or WhatsApp using the details submitted in the registration form.
Organisers reserve the right to prioritise confirmations based on the relevance of profiles and alignment with the Summit’s objectives.
4. Payment
The full registration fee must be paid at the time of registration.
Registrations without successful payment reconciliation will not be considered.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
No cancellations will be entertained.
6. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to dates, sessions, speakers, and venue, without prior notice.
In the event of significant changes, reasonable efforts will be made to inform registered participants.
7. Liability
Participants agree to hold the organisers and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Summit.
Participants are responsible for their personal property and are advised to take adequate precautions.
8. Photography & Recording
By attending the Summit, participants grant permission to the organisers to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Maintain respectful behaviour towards other participants, speakers, and staff.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.
Avoid misuse of event materials or unauthorised distribution of content.
10. Accommodation
Twin-sharing accommodation will be provided on a limited basis at IIT Gandhinagar.
To avail twin-sharing, both delegates must belong to the same organisation.
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of registration confirmation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12. Agreement
By registering for the Summit, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
The decision of the organising committee will be final and binding in all matters related to participation and management of the event.
